Aisha's got her whole life figured out. A summer trip with friends, a solid job waiting in Bangalore, a five-year plan she wrote out years ago because not knowing what's next used to terrify her. Then she gets on an overnight train to Jaipur and ends up across from a guy who can't decide between two coffee options and somehow that's the moment everything starts unraveling in the best way. Karan isn't traveling for the usual reasons. He's carrying his grandfather's old journal, filled with entries from 1947, right after Partition. Karan doesn't know what he's looking for. He just knows he can't stop until he finds it. Three days turns into three weeks. Somewhere between old forts and still lakes. Aisha starts becoming someone she didn't know she had in her. But Karan's hiding something which is buried in his grandfather's story that's the real reason he left home and as the map nears its final stop, that secret starts pressing harder against everything they've built because the trip has to end and Karan has a decision his grandfather once faced, stay or become someone entirely new.
